One day I was enjoying a ride on one of the B.C. Ferries. To pass the time and to get some information about my destination, I found myself looking for a free publication to read. There was nothing available. The idea was born to create a free magazine that people would enjoy reading. The overall response to our new magazine Island Times has been incredible, and the adage, "To succeed in business, find a need and fill it" has once again proven itself to be true. The team at Island Times magazine hope you will find our new publication informative and entertaining. Monthly we will be bringing you articles and advertisements, showcasing many and varied people and businesses in our communities, sharing their knowledge and lending stories of interest as to what is new and and current on beautiful Vancouver Island.
